Referral Process

Referrals are accepted by phone (864-1919), letter or walk-in. Referrals can be made by physicians, families, community agencies, or self-referrals. It is preferable to have the client refer himself/herself, but if that is not possible, the individual must consent to the referral.

Hours of Operation

Turning Point's office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
